How long are your subscriptions / contracts?

Aside from our free tier, called Hobbyist, Funnelll plans are monthly or yearly renewable, paid at the beginning of the month or year. All paid plans come with a risk-free 2 week trial.

Can I switch plans in the future?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plans, at any time, from the Account Settings > Change Subscription Plan section.

Is there a discount for yearly subscriptions?

Yes! Yearly subscriptions comes with 2 months free.

How do I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel a subscription, at any time, from the Account Settings > Cancel Subscription. This will keep your account active till the end of the billing period then automatically downgrades you to the Free plan. You can upgrade again to a plan in the future.

Deleting a sub-account also automatically cancels the subscriptions on the account but is unrecoverable.

What is meant by "Pinned Events" in the pricing plans?

By default, Funnelll tracks all customer actions once you've installed the Funnelll script on your website. In order to share the tracking data with one of your marketing and ad accounts from our Apps & Integrations catalog or to use it in one of our dashboards, you need to pin this event under the Manage Tracking section.

Does Funnelll provide website hosting?

No, Funnelll doesn't provide web hosting services but works with your websites created and hosted anywhere, as long as they allow for adding a <script> tag on your pages, or have Google Tag Manager installed.

Do I need to know how to code to use Funnelll?

While there are some advanced tasks that might require some coding know-how, like using our SDKS or APIs, Funnelll makes it easy for you to track your customer actions, distribute this data across your marketing and ad accounts, without writing a single line of code!
